The real application (ownership documents, evidence you're an active farmer, and a signed declaration) is handled directly with an independent Certification Body once one is appointed. Until then, we are accepting registrations only.

We review every submission and keep your registration on file. We are accepting registrations only for now. When the independent Certification Body is appointed, we connect registered farms with it to walk you through the intake process.

The application is designed to take less than an hour. The Certification Body will handle the full application and review, and we will share the process and timing as soon as it is appointed.

No. This form doesn't ask for ownership documents or farmer evidence. The Certification Body will tell you exactly what's needed for your business type once it is appointed and you're connected.

Registering your interest is free. Certification involves a one-time, non-refundable application fee, which is credited toward your first year's license fee if you are certified, and an annual license fee that scales with your business's revenue. Independent verification may carry its own cost. You will see every fee before you commit to anything, and fees are the same whether or not you have donated.
